Delivery
- Free UK delivery on orders of £15 or more (that's any 2 pairs).
- £2.99 for orders under £15.
Orders ship within 2 working days and usually arrive in 7–12 working days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns
If a pair doesn't fit, you can return it unworn and unwashed within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
- Email us with your order number and the pairs you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with the return address.
- Once your return arrives, we'll refund you within 5 working days.
Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, including postage.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
