Returns

If a pair doesn't fit, you can return it unworn and unwashed within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

1. Email us at info@stompies.co.uk with your order number and the pairs you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with the return address.
3. Once your return arrives, we'll refund you within 5 working days to your original payment method.

Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, including postage.

Cancelling an order

Under UK law you can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Our 30-day returns window is in addition to this right.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
